Scott is the owner of Brothers Design, a web development firm he founded in 2000. Much of his work there focuses on websites, graphic design, internet marketing, and technology consulting.

Scott has traveled extensively—for both charity and leisure—having visited over ninety countries throughout all seven continents. He is currently focusing on his second business, a sustainable safari company, Pamoja Safaris, in Arusha, Tanzania. He also recently started a culinary tour company in Japan by the name of Eat Japan.
